Transparent Pricing
Private Consulting/Coaching:
I use a Value-Based Fee approach, which means rather than have a fixed rate, I invite clients to choose a fee that reflects both their current financial situation and the value of our collaboration. Many clients, but certainly not all, land between $110–$150 per session, viewing this as an intentional investment in their well-being and in their own relationships.
Guided Reset Walks: $15
Take a 50–60 minute guided walk in a nearby outdoor space designed to help you reset, reflect, and practice practical well-being tools. Small groups (up to 12 people) make it easy to interact, share ideas, and leave with something useful you can apply immediately. Not therapy—but a fun, intentional way to hit pause and do your mind & your body some good. I’m also a Master IN Naturalist (IMN), so you may even learn a few cool new things about the plants, animals, and nature we find along the way.
Consulting Fees
Lunch & Learn Speaker/Workshop Seminar:
Workshops start at $300 for a one-hour, interactive session for up to 30 participants. Topics ideas include stress and burnout, perfectionism, emotional regulation, communication under pressure, and supporting kids or teams through difficult moments, but am happy to custom-create a workshop for your organization. Workshops are designed to be participatory and intentionally engaging so learning is both valuable and enjoyable.
Office Hours Consulting — $500
Drop-in or scheduled, on-site consulting for up to three hours within a 20-mile radius of W. Lafayette. This office-hours model allows staff to sign up for brief, focused consults (typically 25–30 minutes, but longer ones are available) to problem-solve real challenges and get practical guidance. This format works especially well for veterinary clinics, healthcare teams, law firms, school staff, academic departments, and other high-responsibility workplaces where stress, burnout, and complex human dynamics are part of the job. If your organization needs more or less than 3 hours, we can work to find what best fits your group’s needs.
